As a skilled Turner in Bergen, Norway, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools to produce precision metal parts. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting blueprints, programming machines, selecting appropriate cutting tools, and ensuring quality control of finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machine tools such as lathes, drills, milling machines, and grinders
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications
- Program machines using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software
- Select appropriate cutting tools based on material properties and production requirements
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot any issues with machinery or production process
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or similar role
