Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and ensure timely repairs if needed
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office services
- Train new employees on office procedures and policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Biometric passport is required
Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Monte-Carlo (accommodation not provided)
