This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$, and we are looking for someone who is willing to work without experience.

In this role, you will be expected to have knowledge and experience in various areas such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance. You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and facilities are functioning properly and addressing any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. You must also be able to communicate effectively in English as this is an English speaking job.
