IT Manager



We are seeking an experienced and qualified IT Manager to join our dynamic team in St-Petersburg. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, ensuring the security and reliability of our systems, and identifying and implementing new technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Ensure the security of all company data by implementing appropriate security measures
- Develop disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures or breaches
- Identify opportunities for improvement in current systems and processes
- Research new technologies that can enhance our company's operations
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Extensive knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and hardware installation/maintenance
- Experience with cloud computing services such as AWS or Azure preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully implementing new technologies to improve business operations

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
