A reputable architecture firm in Braga is seeking a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for historic preservation and possess strong technical skills in architecture and construction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and assessments of historic buildings
- Prepare documentation for preservation projects, including drawings, specifications, and reports
- Collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors to develop preservation solutions
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and preservation guidelines
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Research and recommend sustainable preservation practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in historic preservation projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and historic preservation guidelines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
