Industrial Architect

We are in search of an experienced and talented Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Sheduva. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create functional and efficient spaces that meet industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop industrial building designs, including layouts, structural systems, and materials selection
- Review and approve construction plans, specifications, and contracts
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines
- Perform site visits to assess construction quality and provide guidance to contractors
- Conduct feasibility studies for new projects and provide cost estimates
- Stay updated on industry trends, codes, regulations, and technologies related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong understanding of building systems, codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary: 1700$ per month

Location: Sheduva (Preference for Canadian applicants)
