We are hiring a Database Administrator to join our team in Remish. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and securing our company's databases. Your main duties will include creating and managing databases, ensuring data integrity and availability, and troubleshooting any database issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain databases in accordance with company standards
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Develop and implement backup and recovery plans for all databases
- Ensure data security by implementing access controls and regular audits
- Work closely with developers to optimize database queries for better performance
- Develop data models and ensure data integrity across all databases
- Collaborate with the IT team to plan and implement database upgrades or migrations
- Train employees on proper database usage and best practices

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Experience with database design, development, implementation, and maintenance
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, security protocols, and disaster recovery procedures
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL or Java is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex database issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
