Merchandiser for Retail Store in Mecca, Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our store's products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national looking for part-time work with accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies in accordance with the company's brand guidelines
- Ensure that all products are properly displayed and stocked on shelves
- Create eye-catching displays to attract customers' attention
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations to the store manager
- Collaborate with the buying team to select new products and create product displays that align with current trends
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Train and guide store staff on proper merchandising techniques
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized store environment at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic skills preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
- Indian nationality preferred due to visa sponsorship requirements

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)
