A reputable roofing company in Ufa is seeking skilled roofers to join our team. We are looking for experienced individuals with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of roofs, including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to climb ladders and work at heights. Previous experience in roofing or construction is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific roof dimensions
- Install shingles, tiles, or other roofing materials according to manufacturer instructions
- Repair or replace damaged roofs
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Work safely and follow all safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in roofing or construction
- Ability to lift heavy materials and climb ladders
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Good communication skills in Russian (English proficiency is a plus)

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1500 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements. This job is also open to students who are looking for part-time employment.
