Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Mombasa, Kenya

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Mombasa, Kenya. As the primary point of contact for hotel guests, the Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assisting guests with various needs such as transportation, reservations, and recommendations for local attractions. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Coordinate transportation services for guests including airport transfers and car rentals
- Make reservations for dining, tours, or other activities upon guest request
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services and facilities to effectively assist guests

Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (other languages is an advantage)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required
