We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Cuisine for a prestigious Canadian restaurant located in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As the head chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing authentic Canadian dishes using the freshest ingredients. Responsibilities:

- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to standard recipes and portion sizes
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Comply with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Chef de Cuisine specializing in Canadian cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of Canadian ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Ability to create innovative dishes while staying true to traditional Canadian recipes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, along with additional benefits such as accommodation, transportation, and health insurance.
