Blast Furnace Operator



We are hiring a skilled Blast Furnace Operator to join our team in Osijek. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnaces used in the production of iron and steel. Your duties will include monitoring temperature and pressure levels, adjusting controls, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Blast Furnace Worker
- Proficient in operating blast furnaces and related equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed
- Must have a valid work visa for Osijek

Responsibilities:
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and other indicators to ensure efficient operation of the blast furnace
- Adjust controls as necessary to maintain proper levels
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow
- Follow all safety protocols and report any safety concerns or incidents immediately

Salary:
$1700 per month
