Job Title: Office Assistant (Contract Position) - Atlanta, USA
We are a growing company based in Atlanta, USA and we are seeking an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails and faxes
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements for employees
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents as needed
- Keep track of office expenses and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, etc.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without visa sponsorship
Salary: $1000 per month (Contract Position)
