Instrument Technician
We are hiring an experienced Instrument Technician for our fast-paced and growing company in Alta. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and control systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Install, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments such as pressure gauges, temperature sensors, flow meters, and level indicators.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure proper functioning of instruments.
- Interpret technical drawings and manuals to identify instrument specifications and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any abnormalities or malfunctions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while working on instruments.
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong knowledge of instrument calibration techniques.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting heavy equipment or climbing ladders.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Salary: $1500 per month
