Senior Architect - Chelyabinsk, Pakistan



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, working on projects in Pakistan. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design process and overseeing the development of architectural plans and drawings. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects in Pakistan
- Develop and oversee architectural plans and drawings
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits to evaluate progress and address any issues or challenges that arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project tasks
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to improve processes and outcomes
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as an architect, with at least 3 years of experience in senior or lead roles
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, construction methods, and codes/regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
- Experience working on projects in Pakistan is preferred but not required
