Senior Architect



Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design and development of various architectural projects. This is a contract position open to both locals and foreigners with excellent English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design process from conceptualization to completion
- Create detailed drawings, models, and specifications for projects
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Develop project budgets and timelines, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques and best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to inform design decisions

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of successfully leading multiple projects from concept to completion within budget constraints
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, and materials
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport or work permit for non-Russian citizens
