Junior Industrial Architect

As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for industrial buildings, factories, and warehouses. You will work closely with senior architects and engineers to develop functional and efficient layouts that meet the needs of our clients. Your duties will include conducting site visits, collecting data, and creating detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design software. You will also assist in reviewing construction plans and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about architecture, has strong technical skills, and is looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.

The successful candidate will have a degree in architecture or a related field, with a focus on industrial design. Previous experience in architecture or construction is preferred but not required. We are open to candidates of all nationalities, as long as they have a strong command of English. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop functional designs for industrial buildings
- Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirements
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design software
- Assist in reviewing construction plans for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer-aided design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations (preferred)

Salary: $1600 per month
