Architectural Designer



As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for commercial and residential buildings in Washington. Your primary role will be to work closely with the project team, including architects, engineers, and contractors to develop designs that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations. You will use your creative skills and knowledge of design software to produce detailed drawings and 3D models. Additionally, you will be involved in site visits, meetings with clients, and coordination with external consultants.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Good understanding of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience working on commercial or residential projects preferred but not required
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with the potential for a full-time position

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Washington DC (accommodation provided if needed)
