Hotel Sales Manager - Monte-Carlo, Monaco



We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our luxury hotel in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through effective planning, development, and execution of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential customers to generate business for the hotel
- Identify market trends and opportunities to develop new sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Monitor competition and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and promotions to attract potential customers

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of revenue management principles and techniques
- Familiarity with CRM software or similar sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred

We offer competitive salary package of $1200 per month plus commission based on performance. This is a contract position with potential for permanent employment based on performance. Applicants must have their own valid visa for working in Monaco.
