Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts of our luxury hotel in Monte-Carlo. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about driving revenue and creating a positive brand image for the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business, increase revenue, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions to drive occupancy rates
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and manage group bookings
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury setting
- Strong knowledge of the Monte-Carlo market and previous experience working in the city is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to build relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using CRM systems
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month plus performance-based bonuses.
Location:
This is a full-time position located in Monte-Carlo. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.
