Hotel Sales Manager
We are in search of an experienced, dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our luxury hotel in Monte-Carlo. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share. Your main goal will be to attract and retain corporate clients, groups, and events to the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue goals and increase market share.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Actively participate in industry networking events to promote the hotel and build brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and potential for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, events, and front office to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts with clients ensuring profitable terms for the hotel.
- Regularly review pricing strategies to remain competitive in the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close deals successfully.
- Knowledge of revenue management principles is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Salary: $1800 per month
