We are hiring a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our team in Bayan, Philippines. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, teaching students of various ages and levels, and providing constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective lessons that cater to the needs of individual students
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Incorporate interactive activities and technology into lessons to enhance students' learning experience
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or related field
- Teaching experience preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Passion for teaching and working with students of all ages
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.

Note:
This position is open to Filipino nationals only. No previous teaching experience or knowledge of English is required. We welcome applicants who are looking for part-time opportunities or have no prior work experience.
