Junior Florist

As a junior florist in our boutique flower shop in La-Condamine, you will assist our senior florists in creating stunning floral arrangements for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who has a passion for flowers and design, and is looking to develop their skills in a creative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists in creating and arranging floral displays for events, weddings, and daily orders
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by taking orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations
- Participate in daily maintenance tasks such as watering plants, pruning flowers, and cleaning vases
- Learn about different types of flowers and their care to ensure the highest quality of products for our clients

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and design with a keen eye for detail
- Prior experience working with flowers or completing floral design courses is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 25 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time

Salary: Starting at $1500/month (depending on experience)

Location: La-Condamine (accommodation available if needed)
