Job Title: Baker in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are a well-established bakery in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, looking for an experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes. You will also be in charge of maintaining inventory and ensuring the cleanliness of the bakery.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Baker
- Experience working with various types of ovens and baking equipment
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, and other ingredients according to recipes
- Operate ovens and other baking equipment to bake breads, pastries, and other goods
- Decorate pastries and cakes as needed
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked at the correct temperature and time
- Clean work area and equipment regularly to maintain sanitation standards
- Keep track of inventory levels and place orders for ingredients when needed
