Florist - Lusail, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a well-established floral shop in Lusail, Qatar seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating and arranging beautiful flower arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and daily orders. We are looking for someone who is passionate about flowers, has an eye for detail, and can work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and arrange unique and visually appealing floral designs using a variety of flowers and foliage
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies, ensuring quality and freshness at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with daily shop operations including cleaning, restocking shelves, and organizing displays
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of flowers and other materials

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Ability to create various floral designs such as bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, etc.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 20lbs)
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 1500$ per month
