Team Lead - English Speaking Contract Position (Ashdod, Israel)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of English-speaking professionals on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of English-speaking professionals
- Create and implement strategies to effectively meet targets and deadlines
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure their professional development
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback as necessary
- Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks within budget
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress, updates, and issues resolution
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role for at least 3 years
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Knowledge of contract management processes is preferred but not required
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.
Location:
This position is located in Ashdod, Israel. Please note that while we prefer candidates who are currently residing in Israel, we welcome applicants from all nationalities.
Contract Type:
This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.
