Entry-Level Insurance Adjuster
We are hiring an Entry-Level Insurance Adjuster to join our team in Split, Croatia. As an insurance adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and determining the amount of compensation that should be paid to the policyholder. Responsibilities:
- Review insurance claims and gather necessary information
- Conduct interviews with policyholders, witnesses, and other involved parties
- Inspect property damage and gather evidence

- Negotiate settlements with policyholders or their representatives
- Keep accurate records of all claim activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
