Part-time Adjuster in Split, Croatia


We are seeking an experienced Adjuster to join our team in Split, Croatia on a part-time basis. As an Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating and evaluating insurance claims, negotiating settlements, and ensuring fair and accurate compensation for policyholders.

Responsibilities:

- Investigate insurance claims to determine coverage and validity
- Gather and analyze information from various sources such as police reports, witnesses, and medical records
- Evaluate damages and losses to determine the appropriate amount of compensation
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties
- Communicate with policyholders to provide updates on the status of their claims
- Review policies and contracts to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with other departments such as underwriting and legal to resolve complex claims

Requirements:

- Previous experience as an Adjuster or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this part-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Split, Croatia. While we welcome candidates from all nationalities, preference will be given to Indian candidates who have English speaking proficiency.
