The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining computer networks and systems, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer networks, systems, and related hardware.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Create and maintain network security protocols.
- Manage user accounts and permissions for network access.
- Provide technical support to employees for network-related problems.
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely stored.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
- Proficiency in server administration (Windows or Linux).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Effective communication skills to provide technical support to employees.
