We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Formworker to join our team in Siauliai. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, assembling, and installing forms for concrete structures. This is a contract job that does not require prior experience or English proficiency, making it an ideal opportunity for Indians or students looking to gain valuable hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine form specifications
- Measure and cut materials to the required size and shape
- Assemble forms using hand tools and power tools
- Install forms in the correct positions according to the construction plan
- Pour concrete into forms using wheelbarrows or pump trucks
- Smooth and finish surfaces of concrete using hand tools or power tools
- Inspect forms for defects or damage and make necessary repairs
- Remove forms once the concrete has dried and cure the concrete surface with water or chemicals

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred (not a strict requirement)
- Prior experience as a Formworker is not required but would be an asset
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Proficient with hand tools and power tools
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment

Salary:
We offer a salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
