We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our projects in Khanpur, Pakistan. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Your role will also involve managing project teams, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project resources and allocate tasks to team members
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Proactively identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may impact the project
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Manage project teams by providing direction, guidance, and support as needed
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address any concerns or issues
- Foster a positive team culture by promoting collaboration and open communication
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Engineering
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry/field (at least 3 years)
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proficient in using project management software/tools
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
