Senior Architect - Biometric Passport Implementation
Location: Os, Norway


Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to lead the implementation of biometric passport technology in the city of Os, Norway. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of secure and efficient biometric passport facilities, as well as coordinating with government agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with national security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive plan for the construction of biometric passport facilities in Os
- Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with national security standards
- Oversee all aspects of facility design, including layout, security features, and technology integration
- Manage project budget and timeline to ensure timely completion within allocated resources
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Lead a team of architects and engineers to ensure effective coordination and communication throughout the project
- Conduct research on new biometric passport technologies and recommend innovative solutions for future implementation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with experience in government projects
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and national security standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and project reporting
