Teamlead - Beer-Sheva, Kenya

As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and ensuring the overall success of our operations in Beer-Sheva, Kenya. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who can effectively manage a team and drive results. This is an English speaking job and we require applicants to have excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees in Beer-Sheva, Kenya
- Set goals and targets for the team, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement solutions
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall company goals

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Biometric passport preferred for ease of travel

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
