We are seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our gardens and outdoor spaces. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, along with free visa and ticket. We welcome all genders to apply for this role.

Key responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, fertilizing and pruning plants
- Maintaining garden equipment and tools
- Designing and implementing new garden layouts
- Ensuring the garden is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pest infestations
- Collaborating with other team members to plan and execute gardening projects

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit with good stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and good time-management skills
