Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Vianden. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with contractors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and maintaining project budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural plans and designs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for each project
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Review project progress regularly to identify any potential issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members as needed
- Stay current on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali (written and verbal)
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
