Architecture Manager for International Firm in Vianden


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our international firm in Vianden. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and coordinating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects including design, planning, construction, and final handover
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance and support throughout project lifecycle
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop project proposals that meet their needs
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review drawings, models, and other project deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role in a reputable firm
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex architectural projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
