Job Title: Sales Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Svalbard. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about sales, has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential customers
- Reach out to customer leads through various channels
- Analyze the market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to build rapport with clients quickly
- Demonstrated ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Proficient in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Valid work permit for Svalbard (visa sponsorship available for non-residents)
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month. In addition, we offer free visa sponsorship and air ticket for all nationalities.
