Sales Manager – Los Angeles


We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential threats or opportunities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to the sales team
- Train, coach, and mentor the sales team to improve their skills and performance
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the Los Angeles area

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1500 per month with commission incentives based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Los Angeles. However, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate at their own expense.
