As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and meet company goals. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for the United States
