A reputable construction company in Mombasa is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our team. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of buildings, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to improve the structural integrity and safety of buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys and measurements of buildings using specialized equipment
- Analyzing data to identify any potential structural issues or safety hazards
- Providing recommendations for improvements or repairs to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Preparing detailed reports on survey findings and presenting them to clients or project managers
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop effective solutions for building projects
- Monitoring construction progress and ensuring compliance with approved plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Building Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, laser scanners, and GPS devices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Kenya
