Job Title: Waiter/Waitress in Braga

We are a busy restaurant in Braga looking for a friendly and efficient waiter or waitress to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver food and drinks promptly
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
