Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high quality food and service, managing staff and inventory, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff, budget, inventory, and customer service
- Ensure that all food and beverage products meet our standards of quality and presentation
- Train new employees on policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during busy times
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1200 per month with accommodation provided.
