IT Manager - Information Technology Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and management, with the ability to lead and develop a team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1700$ per month, based in Triesen.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the IT department, including staff development and performance evaluations
- Plan, implement and maintain all technology systems and infrastructure for the company
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure security, efficiency and compliance
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Oversee software development projects and ensure timely delivery
- Develop budget plans for IT projects and track expenses
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to make recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information technology management roles
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, security, databases, software development processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Proven experience in project management
- Experience in budget planning and expense tracking
- Fluent English communication skills

Preferred:
- Prior experience working with Indians or within a multicultural environment
- Familiarity with English-speaking job markets
