Sales Associate - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia



As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling products and services to customers in a retail setting. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue by building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend products or services accordingly
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and effectively
- Achieve sales targets by providing excellent customer service and upselling products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor at all times
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Keep updated with product knowledge, promotions, and company policies

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to work on a contract basis
