Machine Operator - Factory



Our factory in Malindi is seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines used in our production process. This is a full-time position, open to Indian nationals with English proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and perform minor repairs when necessary
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Keep records of production output and equipment maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a machine operator preferred but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English
