Office Assistant - Lusail, Qatar
We are searching for a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the office. This is a full-time position, suitable for students or Filipinos looking for a stable job opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or take messages
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Schedule appointments and meetings as requested
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and reconciling expenses
- Order office supplies when needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, printing, etc.
- Keep track of office inventory and report any shortages or damages to the supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Tagalog is an advantage but not required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 8 am to 5 pm from Sunday to Thursday.
Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Lusail, Qatar.
