We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a prestigious hotel in Vilnius. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy. You will also be in charge of managing relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience from booking to check-out
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel's brand
- Train and lead the sales team to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English is preferred
- Previous experience working in Egypt or for Egyptian clients is a plus

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
Accommodation: Provided by the hotel or housing allowance provided
Visa Sponsorship: Provided by the company
Ticket Sponsorship: Provided for relocation purposes
