Job Title: Facade Specialist
Location: Utena, Lithuania


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Specialist to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining building facades to ensure their safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior building facades including walls, windows, doors, and roofing
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any potential issues or damages
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the longevity of facades
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are safe and feasible
- Use various tools and equipment to complete tasks such as scaffolding, cranes, and power tools
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working at heights or with heavy machinery
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project updates and timelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facade Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of facade materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete
- Familiarity with construction codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Physical strength and stamina for working at heights or in adverse weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in order to work effectively within a team

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in using various tools including power tools
- Knowledge of basic math calculations for measurements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
