Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Technician to join our team in Utena. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of exterior building facades. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to design plans and specifications
- Inspect and maintain existing facades, identifying and repairing any damages or defects
- Provide routine cleaning and maintenance services for facades, including power washing, caulking, and sealing
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with facade components such as windows, doors, cladding, and insulation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper installation and functionality of facades
- Keep detailed records of all work performed on facades

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in facade installation or maintenance preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of building materials and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical strength and stamina to work at heights and lift heavy materials as needed
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
