Facade Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facade Specialist to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining building facades. This is a contract job that offers a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create building facades according to client specifications and project requirements
- Conduct thorough inspections of existing facades to identify any potential issues or needed repairs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper installation and maintenance of facades
- Use specialized tools and equipment to install or repair facade elements such as cladding, windows, and insulation
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology
- Follow safety protocols while working at heights or with heavy machinery
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met within the designated budget and timeline

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in facade design, construction, or maintenance
- Extensive knowledge of facade materials, techniques, and systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Physical stamina to work at heights or in outdoor environments for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills preferred)
- Valid work permit for Lithuania (free visa provided if necessary)
